The Minneapolis Athenaeum and Hennepin Arts are pleased to announce an invitation-only cultural experience celebrating one of the Athenaeum's most remarkable treasures: its rare collection of Aesop's Fables, spanning the 16th through 20th centuries. Hosted at Hennepin Arts, this intimate evening will offer donors, cultural leaders, and community partners an exclusive opportunity to explore centuries of literary history through a curated exhibition, interpretive storytelling, and conversation. The event marks an exciting chapter for the Minneapolis Athenaeum as it welcomes a new Executive Director and reintroduces itself as an active steward of rare collections and a vibrant cultural institution in the Hennepin Theater District.
